Hiring: AI Development Expert

Experience Required: 7–20 Years
We are looking for experienced AI Engineers/Developers with strong Python expertise and working knowledge of Node.js, along with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models.
Role Overview
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using foundation models and custom AI pipelines. This role requires strong technical depth in AI model integration, prompt engineering, and scalable application development.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deploy AI-powered applications and services using foundation models
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems ensuring scalability and performance
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions
• Refine prompts, fine-tune models, and optimize AI outputs for accuracy and usability
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and best practices
Must-Have Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Working knowledge of Node.js
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models and foundation models
• Strong prompt engineering expertise
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD, testing, and version control
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
• Experience with SAP AI Core
• Familiarity with SAP Joule (AI Copilot)
• Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Experience with SAP HANA Vector Database
• Exposure to semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations
