Job Title: AI Solutions Architect – Enterprise Back-End Systems
Experience: 10+yrs (Relevant exp-8+yrs)
Location: Remote
Work Timing: 03pm to 11 PM (IST)
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect to lead the governance, design, and delivery of intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities across our enterprise back-end ecosystem — including CRM, ERP, and iPaaS platforms.
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture, systems integration, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience with all the following platform categories: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365), ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite), iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services).
Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI/ML features in production enterprise environments — including at least one of: agentic AI systems, LLM-powered workflows, predictive analytics, or intelligent document processing.
Strong command of integration patterns: REST/GraphQL APIs, event streaming, ETL/ELT pipelines, and webhook-based automation.
Ability to communicate technical architecture clearly to both executive sponsors and engineering teams.
Stellar ability to manage your work in an integrated manner aligned to the Enterprise Technology operating model.
Preferred
Experience with vector databases, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) architectures, or fine-tuning workflows in an enterprise data context.
Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act considerations), privacy controls, and secure SDLC practices
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato).
Background in a regulated industry such as financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing.
